Included services
Breakfast / Halfboard
Our half-board begins with the afternoon snack on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Breakfast times: 08.00 - 10.30 a.m
Afternoon snack: 3.00-5.00 p.m. (except on 24.12./31.12. & on days off*)
Dinner: Begins between 6.30pm and 8pm In order to be able to enjoy our multi-course evening menu to the fullest, the first menu course should be started at this time. (except on days off*)

* From January to November, Sunday is our "breakfast only" day.
Our restaurant/bar is closed on these days and you have the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights in the surrounding restaurants. We are happy to help you with the choice of restaurant and table reservation.
Bookings "only" with breakfast include our gourmet breakfast - daily from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. The afternoon snack from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. can be booked for a surcharge of €8/person/day. Evening menu on request.
Diet & Allergies
Please let us know of any food intolerances/allergies and diets early on so that we can take them into account as best we can during your stay.
For vegan menus we charge a fair surcharge of € 10 / day due to the high effort.
Wellness & SPA
The use of the wellness area (pool & sauna) is included in the room price.
SPA treatments such as massages and cosmetics for a fee.
During your stay you have a practical bathing bag with fluffy towels and bathrobes at your disposal.
Our » St. Georg Vital World is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and our sauna area is open daily from 2 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Please note:
The use of our SPA area is valid on the day of arrival from moving into the room and on the day of departure until check out (room release until 10.00 a.m.). Late check out possible depending on availability (for a fee)

Good to know
Reservation
For fixed reservations (only valid after reconfirmation from the hotel) or online booking, we ask for a deposit free of charge. The amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the booking amount and is due on the day of booking. We will send further information in the respective booking confirmation.
In the event of a cancellation, we will offset the 40% of the deposit made as a credit note if you book again within 1 year. Only valid for direct bookings!
Cancellation NEW
Room cancellations are only valid in writing and must be reconfirmed by the hotel.
The conditions of the Austrian and international hotel regulations apply.
Up to 14 days before arrival free of charge.
From 14 days to 2 days before arrival 90%.
From 1 day before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure 100% of the booking amount.
The entire holiday will be charged without any deductions. There are no refunds for unused services. The right of withdrawal according to §18, paragraph 1Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply to us.
In your interest, we ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance (European travel cancellation insurance) in order to avoid additional cancellation costs.

Check- in
The rooms are ready for occupancy by 3 p.m. at the latest. You can check in and collect your guest card beforehand.
The use of our SPA area is valid on the day of arrival from the time you move into your room on the day of departure until check out (room release until 10.00 a.m.).
Our reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
If you plan to arrive after 6.30 p.m., please let us know. Gladly by phone or email.
Check - out
Room release (check-out) on the day of departure is 10:00 a.m.
Depending on availability, a late check-out is also possible. (for a fee)

Payment
You are welcome to pay in CASH, with an EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Holiday with dog
Four-legged friends are welcome by prior arrangement.
Dog fee (without food) € 15 per day.
Please bring your own dog blanket, dog basket and feeding bowl.
We reserve the right to charge for final room cleaning if required.
Four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant or in the SPA area.
